Deadliest Catch heads to the heart of the hostile Bering Sea to follow the day-to-day lives of a unique breed of fishermen who risk life and limb, working themselves to the brink of exhaustion to haul their quota of crab as quickly as possible on one of the world's most dangerous fishing sessions.
First three episodes of the documentary series focusing on the men who battle 40-foot waves, freezing temperatures and a nearly 100-percent injury rate as they fish for crab off the Alaskan coast on the icy Bering Sea. It's one of the world's most dangerous jobs but also one of the most lucrative, offering tens of thousands of dollars for a few days' work.
