British mountaineer and adventurer Bear Grylls strays once again into some of the world's most inhospitable territories, revealing as he goes along the fundamental survival skills required to get back to civilisation in one piece. In Namibia, one of the hottest, driest and emptiest places on Earth, Bear is dropped off on the treacherous Skeleton Coast - and immediately begins his quest for water as he battles searing heat and dehydration. By contrast, Zambia is lush, green - and home to the Zambezi, one of the deadliest rivers in the world.
