Die Unit 7 ist eine Spezialeinheit, die den Drogensumpf von Sevilla trockenlegen soll und dabei vor keinem Mittel zurückschreckt. Eines Tages lässt das jüngste Mitglied der Truppe, Angel, eine Packung Kokain von einer Durchsuchung mitgehen. Die Männer entdecken recht schnell die Vorteile auf beiden Seiten des Gesetzes zu arbeiten: durch ihr Insiderwissen kommen sie zu den wirklich lukrativen Drogenhändlern, beenden deren Machenschaften, heimsen dafür viel Lob ein und verdienen sich ein bisschen was dazu. Diese Einsätze am Rande der Legalität enden aber schnell in einer Katastrophe.
