Im Thriller The Ledge wird der Kletterausflug zweier Freundinnen zu einem wahren Albtraum. Sie treffen auf eine Gruppe junger Männer und kommen ins Gespräch, doch eine brenzlige Situation gerät ausser Kontrolle und Kellys beste Freundin wird ermordet. Als einzige Zeugin, die die Tat auch noch gefilmt hat, ist sie das nächste Opfer. Ihr bleibt nur eins: Die Flucht über die Felswand, die sie und ihre Freundin erklettern wollten.
