Tiresia ist transsexuell und arbeitet als Prostituierte. Als ein Freier sie eines Nachts mit nach Hause nimmt, ist er so fasziniert von ihr, dass er Tiresia nicht mehr gehen lässt und sie bei sich einsperrt. Doch ohne die Hormone, die sie sonst täglich einnimmt, verwandelt sich Tiresia im Laufe ihrer Gefangenschaft nach und nach zum Mann zurück. Dafür wird sie von ihrem Verehrer grausam bestraft.
