In 'Expect the Unexpected (Part 1)' Queen Zelda attacks and destroys a NASA Mars expedition. 'Expect the Unexpected (Part 2)' sees Zelda offer to make peace with the Terrahawks. 'Thunder Roar' finds the Terrahawks battling the mighty Sram, Lord of Felony. 'Close Call' has an investigative reporter threaten to expose the Terrahawks on worldwide television. In 'From Here to Infinity' the Terrahawks help guide an old nuclear rocket back to Earth. 'Space Samurai' sees Zelda enter into underhand negotiations with Tamura, the Space Samurai. 'The Sporilla' has Zelda unleash a deadly metal-eating monster on her enemies. 'Happy Madeday' finds the Terrahawks menaced by the Master of Infinite Disguise. In 'Gunfight at Oak's Corral' the Terrahawks go looking for a cube in the desert. 'The Ugliest Monster of All' has Zelda send a highly dangerous space teddy into the Terrahawks' HQ. 'The Gun' sees Zelda send twenty cubes to Earth, posing a threat to the entire planet. 'Thunder Pass' finds the Terrahawks under attack from their old enemy Sram, Lord of Felony. Whilst in 'Mind Monster', Zelda unleashes a terrifying mist which is capable of confronting humans with their worse fears. In 'To Catch a Tiger' Zelda captures two space pilots and offers to return them in exchange for Tiger Ninestein. 'The Midas Touch' sees Zelda attempt to destroy Earth's gold reserves. 'Operation SAS' has Zero mount an SAS-style rescue mission when Kate Kestrel is kidnapped. 'Top Ten Pop' finds Zelda using her hi-tech skills to take control of pop virtuoso Stew Dapples. In 'Unseen Miracle' the Master of Infinite Disguise gains access to the Hawknest by posing as the Invisible Man. 'A Christmas Miracle' sees Zelda mount a massive Christmas Day onslaught. 'Midnight Blue' has Hawkwing enter into unexpected danger when it pursues one of Zelda's ships. 'Play it Again Sram' finds Zelda taking on Kate Kestrel in the Interstellar Song Contest, while the Lord of Felony makes explosive mischief behind the scenes. In 'My Kingdom for a Zeaf' the Terrahawks encounter Lord Tempo, a villain with the ability to travel in time and space. 'Zero's Finest Hour' sees Zero and the Zeroids left to defend Hawknest from Zelda's marauding hordes. 'The Ultimate Menace' has Tiger join forces with Zelda to combat a much greater menace. 'Gold' finds Zelda playing on human greed when she sends a massive golden asteroid hurtling in the Earth's direction. In 'Ma's Monsters', Zelda prepares a new selection of monsters ready to invade Earth, but she is about to receive some surprising news from Cystar. In 'Two for the Price of One' Tiger Ninestein plans a surprise attack on Zelda's Martian base. In 'Child's Play' Cystar's baby, Itstar, takes after Zelda and produces a powerful explosive. 'Jolly Roger One' sees Zelda teaming up with her most bizarre ally yet, the pirate Captain Goat. 'Runaway' sees Yungstar run away from home. Since Zelda knows he's always captured, why has she let him go? In 'First Strike' the Space Marines authorise a military strike to break the deadlock between Zelda and the Terrahawks. 'Terrabomb' sees Zelda able to smuggle a bomb into Hawknest. In 'Doppelganger' Itstar has invented clones. In 'Cry UFO', Stew Dapples sees a UFO but no-one takes him seriously. 'Space Cyclops' sees the release of a one-eyed creature after a collision with the moon. In 'Timewarp' Lord Tempo, the master of time, is back! Space miners capture a Sporilla in 'Space Giant' sensing a money-making idea. Zelda forms an alliance with Coldfinger in the episode of the same name. Whilst in the final episode, 'Operation Zero' Major Zero is ill but the timing couldn't be worse.
