Unter der Obhut von Special Agent Dana Mosier versuchen Maggie Bell und ihr Partner Omar Adom 'OA' Zidan terroristische Aktivitäten, organisierte Verbrechen und schwere Delikte zu bekämpfen. Unterstützt werden sie dabei vom Assistant Special Agent Jubal Valentine und der brillanten Analystin Kristen Chazal.
