Jims Sohn Kyle ist eigentlich kein besonders guter Schüler. Umso größer ist die Freude als er mit einer guten Note nach Hause kommt. Jim ist unglaublich stolz. Als Belohnung verspricht er Kyle, gemeinsam im Garten zu spielen. Doch sein Sohn möchte viel lieber mit Onkel Andys Star Trek-Figuren spielen. Jim ist tief gekränkt und versucht mit allen Mitteln, Kyles Aufmerksamkeit wieder auf sich zu ziehen....
