Der Mord an einem Geologieprofessor bringt das Team dazu, eine alte Legende über einen geheimen Schatz aus dem Bürgerkrieg aufzudecken, und sie stossen auf einen tödlichen Flüchtling, der entschlossen ist, zu töten, um das Gold zu finden. Währenddessen erschüttert ein alter Freund aus Remys Vergangenheit seine Beziehung zu April.
Die Serie folgt den Einsätzen der "Most Wanted"-Einheit der amerikanischen Bundespolizei FBI, die versucht, die meistgesuchten flüchtigen Verbrecher der USA dingfest zu machen.
