In der Gesamtwertung hat bis dato Myron Mixon die Nase vorn, aber Ernest Servantes aus Texas ist dem Brutzel-King dicht auf den Fersen. Die Teams machen sich bereit für den großen Showdown. Innerhalb der nächsten 24 Stunden werden die Grill-Profis Hühnchen, Schweinefleisch, Brisket und Rippchen zubereiten. Eine erfahrene Expertenjury kürt am Ende den Sieger.

In Alabama liefern sich die beiden BBQ-Cracks eine heiße Grillschlacht.
