Matthew Williams was sent to Parkhurst Prison for conspiracy to cause explosions. He is seen here before his arrest. Williams planted a bomb to get revenge on the attackers that robbed his as a teenager. Although police defused the bomb before any damage was done, he was sentenced to life for his actions.
