    "The Good Doctor", "Die zwei Seiten der Wahrheit." Shaun bemerkt beim Klinikhausmeister Paul Symptome eines Pankreas-Karzinoms. Da Shaun nicht lügen kann, teil er Paul seine Vermutung mit, obwohl die Diagnose noch keineswegs gesichert ist. Doch die anschließenden Labourtest bestätigen Shauns Verdacht. Nun muss Paul eine schwerwiegende Entscheidung fällen.     "The Good Doctor", "Die Hoffnung stirbt zuletzt." Shaun traut seinen Augen nicht: Der junge Patient Evan sieht genauso aus, wie sein verstorbener Bruder Steve! Shaun lässt bei dem jungen Patienten weitere Test anordnen und entdeckt einen Gehirntumor. Als er dies den Eltern mitteilt, erfährt er, dass Evan bereits seit längerer Zeit unheilbar an Krebs erkrankt ist, und seine Eltern ihm dies verheimlichen.
