Das FBI ist mit der Aufklärung des Mordes an einer jungen Frau beschäftigt. Die Dame hatte zuletzt an einer Party auf einer Luxusyacht teilgenommen, bei der die mitunter mächtigsten Persönlichkeiten der Welt aufeinandertrafen. Wie die Frau zu der Ehre kam, diesen Ausnahme-Event zu besuchen, ist den Ermittlern ein grosses Rätsel. Tatverdächtig in dem Fall ist ein ehemaliger Soldat, den Crosby noch von früher kennt.
Als zentrale Sicherheitsbehörde sorgt das FBI in New York für die Aufrechterhaltung von Recht und Gesetz und geht besonders gravierenden Kriminalfällen nach. Unter der Obhut von Special Agent Dana Mosier versuchen Maggie Bell und ihr Partner Omar Adom 'OA' Zidan terroristische Aktivitäten, organisierte Verbrechen und schwere Delikte zu bekämpfen. Unterstützt werden sie dabei vom Assistant Special Agent Jubal Valentine und der brillanten Analystin Kristen Chazal.

Es handelt sich hier um einen Crossover:
Teil 1: FBI 4.01 Mädchenhandel (All That Glitters)
Teil 2: FBI Most Wanted 3.01 Der Mann im Hintergrund (Exposed)
Teil 3: FBI: International 1.01 Abrechnung (Pilot)
Es hat bereits ein Crossover im Jahr 2020 (US-Ausstrahlung) stattgefunden, ggf. wird sich hierauf bezogen als erste Folge, die nicht fortgesetzt wird (wie im Beitrag von Beck0412 erwähnt):
