Die drei Brüder Brick, McQueen und Lincoln (Clayne Crawford, Travis Fimmel, Daniel Cudmore) sind in ganz Alabama als Auftragskiller bekannt. Nun sollen sie für Celeste (Eva Longoria) ihren Patensohn Rob aufspüren, der von ihrem gewalttätigen Ex-Mann Carlos (Billy Bob Thornton) gekidnappt wurde. Tatsächlich können die drei den Jungen befreien. Doch so einfach lässt sich Carlos nicht ausbooten: Mit fünf sexy Killerinnen macht er Jagd auf die Brüder, um sich Rob zurückzuholen. - Schwarzhumorige und starbesetzte Actionkomödie im Tarantino-Stil.

Starinfo Billy Bob Thornton: Billy Wilder prophezeite ihm eine zaehe Karriere: Billy Bob Thornton sei nicht haesslich genug fuer einen Charakterdarsteller, ein Schoenheitsideal sei er schon gar nicht - ob er schreiben koenne? Kann er: Thortons Drehbuch zu "One False Move" (1992) bekam Preise und er spielte eine der Hauptrollen. Fuer seine erste Regiearbeit "Sling Blade" erhielt er 1997 den Oscar fuer das beste Drehbuch. Nebenbei spielte er die Hauptrolle. Billy Bob Thornton gilt als regelrechtes Chamaeleon, oft erkennt man ihn in seinen Rollen erst einmal nicht. Begriffsstutzige und tumbe Charaktere sind dem Schauspieler auf den Leib geschnitten. GroSSe Erfolge feierte er in Stones "U-Turn - Kein Weg zurueck" (1997) oder in Sam Raimies "Ein einfacher Plan" (1999). Fuer letzteren erhielt er eine Oscar-Nominierung. Seine Filmographie reicht von "Ein unmoralisches Angebot" (1992) ueber "Armageddon" (1999) bis hin zu "Bad Santa" (2005). Gerne macht Thornton Witze ueber seine zahlreichen Zwangsneurosen wie etwa die Alte-Moebel-Phobie und wollte nach eigenen Angaben nicht noch einmal heiraten: Angelina Jolie war bereits seine fuenfte Ex-Frau. Doch 2014 ehelichte Thornton seine langjaehrige Freundin Connie Angland, mit der er eine Tochter hat.
