Für Unterhaltung im ansonsten unaufgeregten Alltag von Salem sorgt die lokale Radiostation mit DJ Heidi. Als Heidi eines Tages eine hölzerne Kiste mit einer Schallplatte als Geschenk von "den Lords" erhält und diese abspielt, läuft sie jedoch plötzlich rückwärts und ruft in ihr lang zurückliegende Qualen hervor. Was sie nicht weiß, ist, dass sie durch das Abspielen des mysteriösen Bands einen Fluch auslöst, der von einem Hexenzirkel 300 Jahre zuvor heraufbeschworen wurde. Als Heidi und ihre DJ-Kollegen schließlich auf ein Konzert der Lords nach Salem eingeladen werden, erwarten sie dort schreckliche Dinge, die weit jenseits ihrer Vorstellungskraft liegen.
