Peter (Tom Holland) lebt wieder in seiner alten Heimat bei seiner Tante May (Marisa Tomei). Dort lebt auch sein neuer Mentor Tony Stark (Robert Downey jr.). In der neuen, alten Nachbarschaft will Peter sich als sich selbst - nicht als Spider-Man beweisen, aber das ist gar nicht so einfach. Doch dann taucht mit The Vulture (Michael Keaton) ein neuer Widersacher auf, der alles auf den Kopf stellt.
